📦 Gadrix – Return & Refund Policy

At Gadrix, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility 🔁

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
  • Item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

3. Damages & Issues ⚠

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue immediately and make it right for you.

4. Non-Returnable Items ❌

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods.
  • Sale items and Gift cards.

5. Exchanges 🔄

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 🇪🇺

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

7. Refunds 💳

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Processing Time: It typically takes up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
