All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (within the United States)
Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (available on selected items)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.

We currently ship primarily within the United States.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes 📑

Gadrix is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.

All additional charges (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages ⚠️

Gadrix is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address 🏠

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Any additional shipping costs for resending orders will be the customer’s responsibility.
